Poem: I Am Not A Saint, I am Not A Sinner

saintI lived a life one time ago,

A life I thought was real

A life of no caution

A life of no peace

Having friends and pleasures

Satisfying immediate hunger

Yet no peace

I loved and satisfied my flesh

Much smiles with my teeth

Much tears in my soul

Down, down my slate came crashing

Disappointments from all compass routes

Daily in tears, hidden in the rain

Fallen again, I looked not at the pit

Many a day of sadness

Many a day of lamentation

My prayers became louder,

My worship became frequent

Singing again my spirit gets renewed

Shouting again I regain a peace that takes worry

I, not a saint, not a sinner

Begin with he who knows the best for me

  1. Hello, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility
issues. When I look at your website in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer,
it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
    Other then that, superb blog!
