Have I been busy? Am not too sure I have, because no matter what I do, I always have something to write about and even though I don’t get to write and post it on here, my mind stays curious to the things I still have to write about that I haven’t read somewhere and that I think someone else needs to read about.I have been busy though; I have two published books (poetry) now, had the manuscript for a while now but somehow never published it. Don’t know what I was waiting for?
One of the books “Bible Study Poetry” is centered on my study of the holy book (oh how I love the holy book), written in poetic lines from my understanding of the scripture, through the Holy Spirit. I do think reading the holy book can be interpreted and given to the reader at a time when he or she is in despair, so some days what you read today, may speak to you differently tomorrow and the choice to keep reading it keeps you filled with thoughts of heaven and of the characters who in the holy book shape the stories we relate to from them.
The second book “The Pidgin in Nigeria as a Poem” is also a poetry collection on the Pidgin language spoken by the people of Nigeria. Take note, that not only Nigerians will understand or interpret the book, as Pidgin isn’t a language spoken or interpreted only by Nigerians and it should and can be appreciated like any other language we choose to learn apart from our mother tongue.
I will appreciate if you purchase the books and give me a review on one or both of them. They can be found on Amazon, Kobo or Okada books.
The links on where to purchase them are listed below.
Would I keep writing? Sure!
